During his first six years in the industry, he held positions of contractor, finance manager, new car sales manager, and used car manager. In 1980, Ken decided to move to a different dealership where he would spend the next 20 years developing a successful automotive career. During this period, Ken spent much of his time as a finance director. In addition to holding this and other management positions, throughout this time period Ken received promotions to the positions of general sales manager and then general manager.
